This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through bomberld.ca and governs
orders fulfilled within Canada.
Bomber LD Inc. is committed to delivering premium athletic apparel and a high-quality customer
experience. If a product does not meet your expectations, eligible items may be returned in
accordance with the terms below.
By placing an order on bomberld.ca, you agree to this policy.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that:
• Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused
• All original tags remain attached
• Items are returned in original condition and packaging
• A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided
Bomber LD Inc. reserves the right to refuse or reject returns that do not meet these requirements.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, or alteration may be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.
No Exchanges
Bomber LD Inc. does not offer exchanges.
If you require a different size, color, or product, you must place a new order through bomberld.ca.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with this policy.
This approach ensures faster fulfillment and better inventory availability.
Free Returns for Members
Customers enrolled in the Bomber LD Membership Program receive:
• Free return shipping within Canada, excluding Territories
• Priority return processing
• Access to a streamlined return portal
Membership must be active at the time the return is initiated.
For non-members, return shipping costs may apply and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Returns requested outside this window may be:
• refused, or
• issued as store credit at Bomber LD Inc.’s sole discretion
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, unless defective:
• Items marked Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Promotional or giveaway items
• Items returned without original tags
• Items showing signs of wear or use
Bomber LD Inc. reserves the right to designate certain products as non-returnable at time of purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify Bomber LD Inc.
within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
If verified, Bomber LD Inc. will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include:
• Replacement
• Refund
• Store credit
Bomber LD Inc. reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
Refund Processing
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing occurs within 3–5 business days after inspection
Financial institutions may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the return results from an error by Bomber LD Inc.
Return Shipping
Members
Return shipping is free within Canada to applicable locations when using the official Bomber LD return portal. All territories are excluded from the free return shipping promotion for members.
Non-Members
Return shipping costs may apply and may be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged.
Bomber LD Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when the official return label is not used.
Geographic Limitations
Returns are only supported for orders shipped within Canada.
At this time:
• Shipping is not available to Québec
• Shipping to Canadian territories may be limited
Returns originating from unsupported regions may be refused or subject to additional handling requirements.
Return Abuse & Fraud Prevention
Bomber LD Inc. monitors return activity to prevent:
• Return abuse
• Fraudulent activity
• “Wardrobing” (temporary use prior to return)
We reserve the right to:
• refuse returns
• limit return privileges
• issue store credit instead of refunds
• suspend or terminate accounts
where excessive or suspicious behavior is identified.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Bomber LD Inc. prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a dispute is filed:
• Bomber LD Inc. reserves the right to challenge the claim using order records, delivery confirmation, and this policy
• Accounts associated with abusive chargebacks may be restricted or permanently banned
