Shipping Eligibility
Bomber LD Inc. ships orders placed on bomberld.ca to customers located within Canada, excluding Québec.
Customers located outside of Canada, including the United States, must place orders through bomberld.com.
Bomber LD Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, refuse, or cancel shipments to any destination based on operational, legal, compliance, or risk considerations.
Free Standard Shipping (Canada Only)
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders:
• Threshold: Orders over $250 CAD (pre-tax and after discounts)
• Eligibility: Shipping addresses within eligible Canadian provinces only
• Exclusions: Canadian territories are not eligible for free shipping
• Method: Standard ground shipping (carrier selected by Bomber LD Inc.)
Orders that do not meet the minimum threshold, or that fall outside eligible regions, will incur shipping charges calculated at checkout.
Shipping Within Canada
Bomber LD Inc. offers shipping within Canada only.
Shipping availability, rates, carriers, and delivery timelines are determined at checkout and may vary by destination.
Bomber LD Inc. does not guarantee shipment availability to all regions and may add, remove, or restrict eligible destinations at any time without notice.
Taxes
Orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes, including GST, HST, and/or PST, as determined by the shipping destination.
All applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
• Processing times may be extended during peak periods, product launches, or promotional
events
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays
Bomber LD Inc. reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel any order for verification, fraud prevention, inventory limitations, or operational reasons.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination
Delivery may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond Bomber LD
Inc.’s control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once an order has been dispatched, where available.
Tracking accuracy and updates are provided by the carrier and are outside the control of Bomber LD
Inc.
Returns & Membership Program Alignment
This Shipping Policy is expressly integrated with Bomber LD Inc.’s Return Policy and Membership
Program Terms which can be found under the policy section on bomberld.ca
Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon Bomber LD Inc.’s delivery of the order to the carrier, not upon delivery to the customer.
Bomber LD Inc. is not responsible for:
• Lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once transferred to the carrier
• Delivery failures or errors attributable to the carrier
Customers are responsible for initiating claims directly with the carrier where applicable.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Bomber LD Inc. is not liable for:
• Delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Delivery to an address provided incorrectly by the customer
Additional charges may apply for address corrections, reshipments, or delivery interception requests.
Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or deemed undeliverable:
• The customer remains responsible for all shipping costs and carrier fees
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Any refund issued may be reduced by all incurred costs
Shipments that cannot be completed due to customer error or non-compliance are not guaranteed eligibility for refund.
Fraud Prevention & Shipping Restrictions
All orders are subject to fraud screening and risk assessment.
Bomber LD Inc. reserves the right to:
• Refuse shipment or cancel orders deemed high-risk
• Require additional verification prior to shipment
• Restrict shipping to certain addresses, regions, or customers
Orders associated with fraud indicators, prior disputes, or policy abuse may be canceled without notice and may be ineligible for reshipment or support.
Freight Forwarding & Circumvention Prohibition
To maintain regional integrity and reduce fraud:
• Orders shipped to freight forwarders, reshippers, or proxy addresses may be:
o Canceled
o Denied support or claims
Attempts to bypass regional restrictions, including routing orders into restricted jurisdictions such as Québec or outside Canada, may result in:
• Order cancellation
• Account restriction
• Loss of eligibility for refunds or reshipment
Force Majeure
Bomber LD Inc. is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill shipping obligations due to events beyond
its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Carrier disruptions
• Weather events or natural disasters
• Labor disputes
• Government actions
Right to Refuse Service
Bomber LD Inc. reserves the unrestricted right to:
• Refuse service
• Cancel orders
• Restrict platform access
for any reason consistent with applicable law.
Right to Modify
Bomber LD Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior
notice.
